As we approach Thanksgiving, Coach Kiprunning’s fall marathon training season has wrapped up. Spring marathon training opens on December 1. If you’re preparing for a major race, Boston, New York City, Tokyo, or any other, order your training plan now and get started.
Our program runs year-round and welcomes runners at every level, from Couch-to-5K to the marathon, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Most plans are customized to your goals and busy schedule. Coach Kiprunning recommends starting early so you have time to adjust for any setbacks and stay on track.
