Coach Kiprunning is also welcoming runners who are still looking for training and coaching for fall marathons and half marathons, including the Philadelphia Marathon, Richmond Marathon, and California International Marathon (CIM). Whether you’re preparing for your first race or working toward a personal best, a structured training plan can help you train consistently and reach your goals.
September is here, which means the fall racing season is officially beginning. With cooler temperatures and better training conditions, this is an excellent time to focus on your goals and prepare for your upcoming race.
In the coming weeks, runners will take on major events such as the Chicago Marathon, the New York City Marathon, and our local Marine Corps Marathon. If you’re participating in one of these races, now is the time to elevate your training before beginning your taper. Focus on completing your final long runs and key workouts, practicing your race-day nutrition and hydration, and building confidence for race day.
Review your fall race schedule, set a clear training plan, and make the most of the cooler weather. Good luck with your training we look forward to seeing you at our local races!
