At Coach Kiprunning, we have been diligently working to improve our website, making it easier for runners like you to access personalized training plans that align with your individual goals. Whether you’re a beginner preparing for your first 5K or an experienced runner gearing up for a marathon, we want to ensure that our training resources are available to everyone.
We are excited to remind you that our training programs are open year-round. We periodically welcome new runners at the beginning of specific training seasons, and our spring training sessions are currently in progress. If you’re aiming for fall or summer training, we will officially start training for those interested in one-on-one coaching and online training on May 1st! We encourage everyone to get started with their training early to maximize preparedness and reduce stress on race day.

Plus, we provide membership options and good form running analysis to help elevate your performance.
