Exciting Updates from Coach Kiprunning!

We are thrilled to announce the latest updates to our training plans at Coach Kiprunning! We have revamped our beginner training plan to take runners from a 5km distance all the way to a full marathon, ensuring that new runners have all the support they need to achieve their goals. Our customized training programs now include Couch to 5km, 10km, 10-miler, half marathon, and marathon plans tailored specifically for beginners.

For competitive runners, we’ve also updated our advanced marathon training plan, designed for those aiming to finish in times ranging from 2:45 to 2:20. With these updates, we now offer a comprehensive training plan designed to cater to runners of all levels.

All of our training plans can be accessed via the Coach Kiprunning website and through the TrainingPeaks app. Each plan is ready-made; simply select the plan that best suits your goals and purchase it for download. For those aiming to qualify for prestigious world major marathons, we also have specialized training plans available.

Our training programs are meticulously structured to support your running journey, including recovery days, cross-training options, and detailed guidelines for each run. Coach Wilson, who comes with years of experience in both running and coaching beginners, ensures that each plan is tailored to meet your specific needs.

We are also excited to announce upcoming training plans for a variety of notable races, including the 10-miler Cherry Blossom, Grandma’s Marathon, the Berlin Marathon, the Marine Corps Marathon, the NYC Marathon, and the Chicago Marathon.
