At Kiprunning, we provide online coaching suitable for runners of all levels, from beginners looking to complete a 5km, to those preparing for marathon distances. By filling out our questionnaire form, you will help us gather important details about your running history, goals, and current fitness level. This evaluation allows us to create a personalized training plan that aligns with your running objectives while minimizing the risk of injury. Most of our training sessions are conducted virtually.

Getting Started

  1. Fill out the questionnaire form and sign the waiver.
  2. Select the training duration from the dropdown menu.
  3. Make your payment.
  4. Schedule an appointment with your coach to address any questions.
  5. Create a free account on the Training Peaks app.
  6. Prepare to record a video for running form analysis by following the instructions on Good Form Running for video submission.

Once you have completed these steps, your customized training plan will be uploaded to your Training Peaks calendar within 1 to 2 weeks, and you will be ready to embark on your running journey.
