With consistency and discipline, I followed Coach Wilson’s training plan and I finished the Under Armour Charles Street 12 (12 miles) in under two hours at 1:51:58! He prepared me for race day with a running strategy, advice on fueling, rest, injury prevention, and more!
Coach Wilson took his time to know me as an individual and runner. He assessed my running performance and fitness levels and based on that information he developed a personalized training program, he also provided me with days for stretching, mobility, recovery, strength training, and injury prevention. Coach Wilson is motivational and looks for results and accountability. He calls me once a week to check on my progress and answers my questions and addresses concerns when needed, he also provides me with support for injuries, scheduling, long-term planning, and more!
